Refund and Return Policy
At Likhaya Homeware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at admin@linexec.co.za. Returns must be sent to the address that will be communicated to you on email.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away at admin@linexec.co.za. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., special orders)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the product you want, we recommend returning the item and making a new purchase once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@linexec.co.za.

If you are returning an item from Eswatini, the return process remains the same as outlined above, and the return shipping label will be provided to you
