Uthingo Park Creche
Managed by Canaan Kids, under the leadership of Mrs Alesha Naidoo, the Uthingo Park Creche currently has an enrolment of approximately 75 children. The crèche provides an essential service to residents who can leave their children in capable hands while they are at work. Uthingo Park Food Garden
The food garden is located at Block 21, Uthingo Park and is managed by a co-operative of 10 previously unemployed women. The following fresh produce is for sale on a daily basis at a cost of R10.00 per pack/bunch:

- Lettuce
- Green pepper
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Spinach
- Brinjal

Sewing / Needlework / Breadwork Centre
The centre was opened in 2015 at Uthingo Park, Block 22/Unit 5, after a generous donation of sewing machines from Pennypinchers (Emalahleni). The centre is managed by previously unemployed women residing at Uthingo Park and offers training as well as services such as dress designing, manufacturing of clothing and linen, alterations, etc. For further information, kindly contact Nosipho Mtshali on 063 369 8577.
Women of Hope Laundry
The Women of Hope Laundry was opened in 2015 at Uthingo Park, Block 22/Unit 6 with the help of Exarro Coal who donated washing machines to the project. Uthingo Park Aftercare & Homework Facility
The facility is located at Uthingo Park, Block 20/Unit 84 and is managed by Nomakhosi Shabangu, a tenant at Uthingo Park. The centre caters for school-going children and provides assistance with homework and extra tuition. For further information, kindly contact Mrs Shabangu on 082 480 2454.
